Avocado Blueberry Smoothie Recipe – Fit4Females®

Avocado Blueberry Smoothie

Vegetarian, gluten, dairy and nut-free

Ingredients: 1 serving

  • 2 cups unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • ¼ ripe avocado, remove pit and skin
  • 1 serving of vanilla or chocolate plant protein powder

How to Make

  1. Add ingredients into a blender in the order listed above
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy!
  4. Save by sealing in a mason jar or drink immediately
